Shari's Berries Review

I was recently given the opportunity to shop around on Shari's Berries and find a product I would like to receive.  Let me tell you, this is quite the process - they have so many products that look amazingly delicious that it took me quite a while to decide!  I finally decided to go with the Personalizable White & Chocolate Mousse Cake.

Wow right?  Yes!  It was amazing - which is exactly what I was expecting after reading through the reviews on this product! 

The Dirty Truth is I would definitely recommend Shari's Berries.  The product I received was amazing.  Not great for my eating healthy quest because what I swore would be one piece has turned into quite a bit more than that.  The whole family loved it - even my picky daughter loved this & I had the chocolate hand-prints on my wall to prove it!  Although the product itself was wonderful the customer service level is what impressed me most about this company.  I received an e-mail thanking me for my order, updates on my order, an e-mail with a gift certificate for the survey I completed when I  made the purchase, and an e-mail letting me know it had been delivered.  In every e-mail you could tell they value you as a customer & treat you as such - which I am sure you all know by now is very very important to me.   I can love a product but if I fell I am not respected and appreciated as a customer I am gone....  Shari's Berries really made me feel like a valued customer!  The shopping, ordering, & payment process were all quite simple.  If I had to say one think I would change the only thing I can think of would be the shipping costs when buying multiple products.  The shipping rates are starting at $7.99 and goes up from there, which is reasonable but when you are buying multiple products it can really add up!  I guess when you are shipping perishable products & want them delivered quick, fresh, & packaged well - you get what you pay for though.  Shari's Berries is getting two thumbs up from us & if you go place an order I would highly recommend trying the White & Chocolate Mousse Dessert we received - you won't regret it!
