Blogger Read More - Post Summary Issues

I would love to do the Page Break to summarize my blog posts and put the Read More Text, however it is not working for me!  Whenever I do the page break it will do that correctly, but the read more text link does not show up to show my readers that there is more to the post.

Does anyone know the fix for this?
