Pureology Color Care Shampoo & Conditioner - Review
I am a bargain shopper. I don't buy shampoo and conditioner, haven't for probably almost a year. Rather, I save my coupons - watch for deals and get them for free usually from Walgreens. I haven't even had to do that in probably 6 months because I have gotten so many stock piled that I have no need for more! So naturally it would be a rather pricey shampoo and conditioner I fall in love with.
I was recently sent Pureology Color Care Shampoo & Conditioner to review. I LOVE IT! Love it enough that I am thinking I will buy more - even though I usually won't pay more than $1.00 for Shampoo or Conditioner - usually Dove or something.
I had got my hair done right after I received the Shampoo and Conditioner so I was excited to test it out because I know my hair always fades so quick after a few washes. Well, it has been WEEKS - maybe even a month of me using this shampoo & conditioner and my hair still looks like it was just done (and the bottles are still 3/4 full as even though I usually use a handful of conditioner - a small amount goes a long way with Pureology Shampoo and Conditioner) . The main thing I love is you can still see the red streaks, they are usually the quickest to fade.
As if it is not enough to keep the color I paid a fortune for - it smells WONDERFUL. Really - after a couple days of using it my husband was sniffing my hair and saying it smelled nice. Makes me wonder if it smelled NOT-Nice before or what? I have also noticed that my hair feels healthier and softer! I absolutely love this shampoo. I am still nervous about how expensive it is but am thinking I can still bargain shop online and maybe find a great deal on Amazon or Ebay because this is one product I think I may have to splurge on!!

I too absolutely love Purology shampoo and conditioner. I have pretty long hair but only wash it 3-4 times a week because it dries too much if I do it more often. Anyway it usually lasts about 6 months for the two bottles and costs about 50. I know I could use a cheaper shampoo but this is not something I am willing to sacrifice. I have very thick, very long hair (bra line) and I only use about a 50 cent piece size. I have been using it for at least 5 years and won't switch.
If you find a deal please post. Looking forward to it.
