I am a bargain shopper.  Really.  I have a hard time paying $25.00 for a pair of jeans.  Sad but true.  I figure why pay full price when I can get a gift card off a deal site for 50% off or wait until I get a store coupon?  Very rarely will you find me paying full price for anything other than my bills, and boo - taxes!  So naturally when I found Fantasy Jewelry Box I was thrilled!

My husband use to buy me beautiful Jewelry.  I had a cute heart pendant diamond necklace and beautiful white gold earrings which ended up missing last summer.  I filed a police report but have heard nothing.  They were beautiful and sentimental and .....  expensive.   Buying jewelry like that doesn't fit into the budget anymore with two kids, a mortgage, and all the other stuff!  So I have just been going without any new jewelry, until now!

I was pretty sure I wore a size 7 ring, when I got it though it was too big!  I e-mailed them to ask if I could exchange it for a size 6 and to my surprise they agreed and told me to wait for the return envelope they would send so that I would not have to pay any shipping costs!

How cool is that?  I was the one that ordered the wrong size and they were willing to pay the return shipping and to ship me the replacement out!  That alone would keep me a returning customer.  Customer Service is a HUGE factor on where I shop and I was so happy with their customer service and their jewelry so I will definitely be back for more!
