Philips AVENT Natural Bottle Review & Giveaway

I am breastfeeding my daughter but when she does need to be given a bottle I want it to be one that is as natural as possible.

The Philips AVENT Natural Bottle is as natural as it gets.  This bottle has a wide 'breast-like' shape which not only makes it easy for her to latch-on but this along with the extra soft and flexible nipple makes it feel more natural for her to eat.  This bottle has an innovative twin valve design which allows air into the bottle instead of your little ones tummy!  This can help prevent colic and other issues. The bottle has an ergonomic shape makes it very easy for you or baby to hold.

The Dirty Truth is these bottles are wonderful.  I love that they are offered in glass as well as plasticI had never used a glass bottle until now and they are the best.  It is wonderful to have something more sturdy and that you don't need to worry about any of the chemicals used to make the others (however the Philips AVENT Natural bottles available in polypropylene are BPA and worry free as well).  My favorite thing is they seem so much cleaner.  We use glass cups at our house because of this as well - so why wouldn't we want our baby to have the same?  With the glass bottles you wash them and there is no lingering smell like there is with a lot of other bottles - they are so clean!  These are also so breast like that I would recommend them to any breast feeding mother.  My older daughter quit breastfeeding after taking a bottle a few times - I think if we would have had a bottle that was really similar to breastfeeding we probably would not have had a problem. I feel comfortable giving this bottle to our new little one even though she is breastfed.

To Buy:  You can purchase the Philips AVENT Natural Bottles at Babies R US, Target, and Amazon.com (Suggested Retail for a 4 or 8 oz bottle is as follows:  Glass - $9.99 -or- Plastic $8.49)

My favorite feature is that it is breast-like. My baby will not take a bottle, and I was looking at these in the store just yesterday and wondering if I should fork over more money and try these. I think the wideness of it may help her be able to latch on.

I like that they are offered in glass and plastic. I prefer glass bottles.

I like that these bottles flow naturally and mimick the breast.
