Adora Calcium Supplement Review & Giveaway

I remember when I was a little girl I loved milk.  However, something changed over the years and unless I just ate a huge rich brownie then there is no way you will catch me drinking milk!  My husband is the same way - he cannot stand milk.  I don't know that milk is necessarily "healthy" anyways - but I do know this means we are missing out on a lot of Calcium that our bodies need.

Adora Calcium Supplement are chocolates that contain 500 mg calcium each.  They also contain 250 IU Vitamin D and 40 mg Magnesium.  You can take one to three of these per day to ensure you get your recommended calcium requirements.  The package even shows you depending on your age how many per day you should take.

The Dirty Truth is this is a delicious way to get your calcium in.  If you are needing more calcium and love chocolate Adora is what you are looking for!  These chocolates taste great, not only do me and my husband enjoy them but the kids like them too.  I can actually use them as "bribery treats" and little do the kids know they are a healthy product!  They come in Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate and though I like them both the Milk Chocolate is my favorite - and at only 30 calories each it is a good way to get your chocolate fix and your needed calcium all in one!
