After having my son I used regular bras.  I cannot remember if I didn't know about nursing bras or just didn't care.  However, when I had my daughter I tried one and immediately realized what I had missed out on the first time around.  Nursing bras are a must, and it can be hard at times to find a good quality one that is comfortable and works well.
